Bottle babies
A combination of a mama with a milk deficiency, a mama without a clue and very cold nights resulted in eight babies staying in for a night or two and four permanent bottle babies.

The first few feedings were interesting to say the least! We fed them in birth order so as to keep track who had eaten and who hadn't. With in a day or two, we transited them to the lamb bottle and they've done well.
They've grown quickly and now have a little make-shift pen out side in the wood shed. We keep them inside at night simply because the nights have been extremely cold and the cayotes are out and about. Today we took them down to spend the afternoon with the herd and, hopefully, they'll be able to spend the night (and all the time) with them sooner than later.
