Pests and Ceiling
Things are moving along slowly but surely. We discovered that treating the outside wood wasn't done fast enough as carpenter bees have found and appearantly like our soffet. It is difficult to see in the photo but there is a hole on the 2nd panel from the left and a bee 2 panels from the right. We applied some borate but really need to get a move on the whole 4 layer deal on the rest of the house....
Inside (which is where most of the work is being focused... which we're ok with--minus the carpenter bees!!) the tongue-and-groove is being prepped (sanded and sealed) to be ready to hung. The photo shows all of the slats drying.
